On December 5-6 2018 the research platform RUCARR – Russia and the Caucasus Regional Research – organisaed and hosted the conference Promoting International Dialogue and Protecting Cultural Heritage in the Caucasus. The event was funded by the Swedish Institute and organized in collaboration with the Circassian Cultural Centre in Tbilisi. It was a great moment for us to welcome participants from all parts of the Caucasus and also from Europe and the US! Special thanks to Larisa, Henrik, Anastasia, Guranda and Samir for all their efforts before and during the conference. And, of course, thank you to all participants for joining us for this event at Malmö University!
