On October 23, 2019, the Academy of Sciences of Georgia celebrated the 90th birthday of the world renowned linguist, Academician Thomas Gamkrelidze, former Chairman of the Academy, with congratulatory addresses and the presentation of a Festschrift on the occasion of his 90th birthday.
