Very honoured and proud to have been awarded the Rettig Prize (Rettigska priset) 2022 by Royal Swedish Academy of Letters, History and Antiquities for my contributions to Caucasus Studies!

დიდი პატივია და საამაყოა შვედური სამეფო აკადემიისაგან ჰუმანიტარული, ისტორიული და ანტიკური მეცნიერების დარგში “Rettig Prize” 2022 პრიზის მიღება ჩემი წვლილისათვის კავკასიოლოგიაში.

Большая честь и гордость для меня получить приз “Rettig Prize” 2022 от Шведской Королевской Академии гуманитарных, исторических и античных наук за мой вклад в Кавказологию.

The motivation for the Prize reads: “… för hennes betydande insatser för att sprida kunskap om Kaukasusområdet, hennes studier av kaukasiska språk och uppbyggnaden av forsknings- och undervisningsmiljöer inom Kaukasusstudier” [for her significant contributions to the knowledge about the Caucasus region, her research on the Caucasian languages and the initiation and development of research and educational environments with a focus on the Caucasus”.
